Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Previous kitchen management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability from 2pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday
- Closed Sundays
- Bilingual preferred

Job Duties
- Lead by example and manage kitchen staff
- 2pm-11pm, Monday-Saturday availability (closed Sundays)
- Oversee food preparation and cooking
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in training of new and current team members on operational requirements
- Execute the restaurant vision, mission and core values
