Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Previous kitchen management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Availability from 2pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday
  • Closed Sundays
  • Bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and manage kitchen staff
  • 2pm-11pm, Monday-Saturday availability (closed Sundays)
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist in training of new and current team members on operational requirements
  • Execute the restaurant vision, mission and core values
