Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the back-of-house kitchen team
  • Oversee preparation of scratch-made, seasonal dishes using locally sourced ingredients
  • Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during high-energy service periods like brunch and dinner rush
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold Dish Society’s core values
  • Collaborate with management to optimize menu offerings and kitchen efficiency
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for local produce
