Job Duties
- Lead and manage the back-of-house kitchen team
- Oversee preparation of scratch-made, seasonal dishes using locally sourced ingredients
- Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during high-energy service periods like brunch and dinner rush
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold Dish Society’s core values
- Collaborate with management to optimize menu offerings and kitchen efficiency
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for local produce
