Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current food management certification
- Ownership mentality
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Willingness to work in different geographical locations up to 30 miles away
- Ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week over 5 days
- Two days off scheduled Monday through Thursday
- Willingness to take vacation between April and November only
- Capability to order and manage inventory pars
- Knowledge and compliance with Florida State health code standards
- Ability to conduct hiring interviews promptly
- Ability to perform positive and negative employee evaluations
- Physical ability to stand, move moderately for up to 4 hours continuously, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
- Coordination to operate kitchen equipment
- Compliance with kitchen dress and grooming policies
- Proficiency at all kitchen stations including expo
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally
- Ability to taste and smell

- Ability to issue written performance evaluations
- Proficient in all kitchen stations including expo
- Ability to see, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell
Job Duties
- Communicate with management concerning all kitchen issues throughout the day
- Read and write notes in the manager's daily log
- Attend weekly manager's meetings and monthly staff meetings
- Read the weekly memo
- Complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- Communicate with all managers on duty when shifts are completed
- Provide accurate and honest reports of all events, both positive and negative
- Comply with all policies, rules, and directions in manuals, memos, and meetings
- Enforce proper measurements, recipe adherence, cleanliness, check time ceilings, and quality control
- Attend quarterly supervisor meetings
