Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years staff management
- Food service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license
- Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Job Duties
- Understanding National School Breakfast Program
- Understanding National School Lunch Program
- Food preparation on a large production scale
- Utilizing kitchen equipment
- Meeting company’s expectations
- Understand company’s food concepts
- Daily production records and paperwork
- Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
- Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
- Train school cafeteria workers on food production and recipes utilization
- Train cafeteria workers on understanding functions of kitchen equipment
- Train cafeteria workers to meet company’s expectations
- Train cafeteria workers to understand company’s food concepts
