Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Oversee the interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of all back of house employees
- Complete opening and closing paperwork
- Receive and submit invoices
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with all staff
- Monitor payroll, create reports, and submit payroll
- Audit safe and cash drawers
- Assist in ensuring food, service, sanitation, and safety standards are met
- Calculate, prepare, and drop off bank deposits
- Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
- Set and maintain uniform standards
- Maintain cleanliness of all back of house areas
- Meet and exceed company budget
- Monitor food cost, waste, and counts
- Develop back of house employees
- Order and keep product at par levels
- Perform other duties as assigned
