Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in large professional kitchens or food manufacturing
  • strong understanding of food health and safety regulations
  • proficient with computers for recipe documentation, inventory management, and kitchen operations
  • hands-on and willing to tackle any task
  • strong people management skills
  • comfortable working in a rapidly changing startup environment
  • availability Tuesday through Saturday with schedule flexibility

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in large professional kitchens or food manufacturing
  • strong people management skills
  • excellent systems thinking abilities
  • proficient with computers for recipe documentation, inventory management, and kitchen operations
  • knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • experience working in fast-paced, startup environments

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach a team of 25+ cooks and builders
  • scale our cooking operation and team to meet rapid business growth
  • create and refine processes to improve efficiency and quality
  • manage the production system that generates production/build lists
  • ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain high-quality meal standards
  • troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions
