Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of related experience preferably in residential or youth service
  • Two years of experience working in a food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations including weekly menu planning preparation of meals and inventory management
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate food orders manage supplier relationships and monitor budget adherence
  • Ensure all certifications and documentation menus invoices allergy lists etc are up to date and properly maintained
  • Oversee facility upkeep supply inventory and vehicle maintenance including mileage logs and monthly safety checklists
  • Ensure program records reports and audits are accurate and compliant with agency policy
  • Maintain training compliance CPR First Aid CPI Suicide Prevention etc for self and staff
  • Ensure compliance with health fire and building inspections and all ECHS policies and procedures
