Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Be willing to travel and support other stores’ training and opening initiatives
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in a climate-controlled store environment
Job Qualifications
- Successful job experience in a convenience store, restaurant or fast food environment
- Knowledge of food safety
- Must have and maintain food safety certification
- Supervision experience managing 3 or more food kitchen associates
- Effective communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Aid in maintaining sales goals and margin goals
- Reinforce and abide by safety training according to federal, state, local laws and company policies
- Interact with federal, state, county or local representatives to maintain necessary certifications and regulatory compliance
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals for food service equipment
- Maintain safety standards in conformance with state and company guidelines
- Coordinate employee training according to training aids and manuals
- Maintain appropriate Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) levels
- Assist with weekly and monthly food service financial reporting
- Attend store meetings and training sessions
- Support sales promotion activities
- Determine materials and supplies necessary to maintain appropriate levels
- Complete all monthly food service financial reports
