Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- maintain a valid driver’s license
- be willing to travel and support other stores' training and opening initiatives
- possess successful experience in related food service environments
- hold a current food safety certification
- supervise at least three food kitchen associates
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- have the physical ability to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and stand for long periods
- demonstrate strong balance and coordination

- knowledge of food safety practices
- must have and maintain food safety certification
- ability to supervise multiple staff members

Job Duties
- aid in maintaining sales goals and margin goals
- reinforce and abide by safety training according to federal, state, local laws and company policies
- interact with government representatives to maintain certifications and follow regulations
- read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- maintain safety standards in conformance with company and state guidelines
- coordinate employee training to standards set forth by training materials and manuals
- maintain appropriate periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) levels
- assist with weekly and monthly food service financial reporting
- attend store meetings and training sessions
- support sales promotion activities
- determine materials and supplies needed to maintain appropriate levels
- ensure food safety knowledge is up to date and compliant with federal food codes
- complete all monthly food service financial reports
