Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Food and Beverage Services experience

  • Experience in menu design, inventory management, and cost control
  • Leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations in food preparation
  • Passion for culinary innovation and the use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role in a high-quality restaurant

Job Duties

  • The Manager will oversee the kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and ensure that the menu aligns with the restaurant's culinary standards and vision
