  • Capacity to work flexible day, night, and weekend shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen crew including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers
  • Ensure every meal is fresh, consistent, and high quality
  • Partner with front-of-house team to deliver timely and excellent service
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Train kitchen staff on best practices
  • Maintain clean and organized kitchen workspaces
  • Promote Topgolf’s core values in the kitchen environment
