Job Requirements

  • ability to work in standing position for up to 10 hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • experience managing kitchen staff and operations
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • effective leadership and coaching skills
  • strong organizational and financial management abilities

Job Qualifications

  • college degree in business or related field or minimum three years of kitchen management experience
  • experience in training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees
  • preferred experience in ordering, receiving, and inventory control
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • high level of accountability
  • proficiency in basic math and POS system operation

Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
  • lead and mentor kitchen staff to uphold brand standards and best practices
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • oversee inventory management including purchasing and food rotation
  • collaborate with General Manager on staffing, training, and payroll
  • conduct weekly staff meetings to communicate goals and recognize achievements
  • analyze financial performance including food and labor costs and P&L statements
