Job Requirements
- ability to work in standing position for up to 10 hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- experience managing kitchen staff and operations
- knowledge of health and safety regulations

- strong organizational and financial management abilities
Job Qualifications
- college degree in business or related field or minimum three years of kitchen management experience
- experience in training, developing, and leading teams of 15-20 employees
- preferred experience in ordering, receiving, and inventory control
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- high level of accountability
- proficiency in basic math and POS system operation
Job Duties
- manage daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
- lead and mentor kitchen staff to uphold brand standards and best practices
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- oversee inventory management including purchasing and food rotation
- collaborate with General Manager on staffing, training, and payroll
- conduct weekly staff meetings to communicate goals and recognize achievements
- analyze financial performance including food and labor costs and P&L statements
