Job Requirements
- College degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
- Experience training, developing, and leading teams
- Ability to manage inventory and purchasing
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Adherence to safety and sanitation rules
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Job Qualifications

- Experience leading and developing teams of 15-20 employees
- Knowledge of ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of accountability
- Proficient in basic math and POS system operation
Job Duties
- Deliver the highest level of execution for guest experience, superior product and hospitality
- Ensure kitchen follows company guidelines and best practices
- Foster an environment of diversity and inclusion
- Provide leadership and set clear expectations to the kitchen team
- Conduct weekly staff meetings to address improvements and recognize achievements
- Lead operations to optimize outlet performance
- Maintain facility standards according to health guidelines
- Manage purchasing and inventory of food and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen
- Develop recipes and production standards
- Hire and maintain appropriate kitchen staffing levels
- Provide training and development for team members
- Deliver coaching and performance reviews
- Support payroll and timekeeping
- Drive financial performance by controlling food and labor costs
- Conduct inventory audits and reporting
- Review monthly financial statements for operational insights
