Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service including FOH and BOH
- At least 1-2 years in a managerial position
- Ability to work morning shifts
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities
- Commitment to team development and guest satisfaction

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen manager or similar role
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Passion for hospitality and brunch culture
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently
- Train and develop staff for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions
- Ensure exceptional dining experience for every guest
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and service
- Fill in on the line as needed to support team
- Communicate clearly with staff and management
- Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture
