Job Requirements

  • college degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • experience managing teams of 15-20 employees
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency with inventory and ordering systems
  • ability to work standing for up to 10 hours
  • capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
  • availability to work weekends holidays early mornings and late evenings
  • ability to handle fast-paced and loud environment

Job Qualifications

  • college degree in business or related field or at least 3 years of kitchen management
  • experience training developing and leading teams of 15-20 employees
  • ordering receiving and controlling inventory experience preferred
  • strong communication and team player skills
  • high level of accountability
  • excellent basic math skills
  • ability to operate a POS system

Job Duties

  • deliver the highest level of execution for guest experience superior product and hospitality
  • ensure kitchen follows company guidelines and best practices
  • foster an environment of diversity and inclusion
  • provide leadership to the team by modeling best practices and setting clear expectations
  • deliver weekly staff meetings to highlight opportunities and recognize achievements
  • maintain facility and equipment according to health guidelines
  • manage purchasing and inventory in accordance with standards
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen
  • develop recipes and production standards
  • hire and maintain staffing levels
  • provide training and coaching
  • conduct performance reviews
  • support payroll and timekeeping
  • drive financial performance on food and labor costs
  • conduct inventory and reporting
  • review monthly profit and loss statements
  • follow safety and sanitation rules
  • coach and mentor staff for development
