Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in kitchen or restaurant management
  • Familiarity with Southern Nevada Health District regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with inventory and ordering
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Directing and leading a kitchen staff in recipe execution and food preparation
  • Ensuring proper storage of all foods
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all back-of-the-house areas as per health regulations
  • Ordering food products from preferred vendors
  • Scheduling kitchen staff
  • Training all new hires
  • Following all kitchen checklists
  • Cooking and preparing food as a line employee when business volume and staffing require
