Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen staff to maintain high performance and quality standards
- oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety compliance
- assist in menu development and cost control
- train and mentor kitchen team members to foster growth and teamwork
- collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals
- maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- ensure a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment
