Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage industry
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in kitchen management
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Leadership capability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as kitchen manager or similar role
- At least 3 years combined experience in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to train and develop staff
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen activities and ensure exceptional food quality
- Supervise staff and lead team development
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate FOH and BOH operations to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Train staff in both front-of-house and back-of-house positions
- Oversee inventory and food cost control
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold Ruby Slipper's culture
