Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years kitchen management experience
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Capable of standing for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or culinary certificate preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Experience training and leading teams of 15-20 employees
  • Familiarity with ordering, receiving, and inventory control
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of accountability
  • Excellent basic math skills
  • Ability to operate POS system

Job Duties

  • Deliver highest level of execution for guest experience and product quality
  • Ensure kitchen follows company guidelines and best practices
  • Foster an environment of diversity and inclusion
  • Provide leadership and set clear expectations for team
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings and recognize achievements
  • Lead operations for optimal outlet performance
  • Maintain facility and equipment according to health guidelines
  • Manage food and supply purchasing per financial guidelines
  • Oversee inventory levels and food handling practices
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety
  • Develop recipes and production standards
  • Hire and maintain kitchen staffing levels
  • Provide training and coaching to team members
  • Deliver performance reviews and support payroll reporting
  • Drive financial performance by managing food and labor costs
  • Conduct inventory and reporting with finance team
  • Review monthly P&L statements for operational insights
