Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years kitchen management experience
- Experience in staff training and development
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capable of standing for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings
Job Qualifications
- College degree or culinary certificate preferred
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
- Experience training and leading teams of 15-20 employees
- Familiarity with ordering, receiving, and inventory control
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High level of accountability
- Excellent basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS system

- Ensure kitchen follows company guidelines and best practices

- Develop recipes and production standards
- Hire and maintain kitchen staffing levels
- Provide training and coaching to team members
- Deliver performance reviews and support payroll reporting
- Drive financial performance by managing food and labor costs
- Conduct inventory and reporting with finance team
- Review monthly P&L statements for operational insights
