Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in store management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to move quickly and access all store areas
- Must attend mandatory training meetings
- Ability to count, read, and write accurately
- Wear store uniform

Job Duties
- Oversee successful operation of food service
- Perform all duties expected of store associates
- Meet or exceed store guidelines including inventory and cash shortages
- Develop and maintain staffing schedules
- Perform administrative duties and reports accurately
- Enforce corporate cash procedures and policies
- Manage customer relations efficiently
- Ensure overall store maintenance and safety
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
- Prepare food items as directed following safety and sanitation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Clean and maintain kitchen station
- Assist with kitchen organization and restocking
- Monitor gasoline inventories
- Interview, hire, and train store personnel
- Conduct employee performance evaluations
- Counsel or discipline associates as necessary
- Terminate employees according to policy
- Attend manager meetings and training sessions
- Communicate management issues
- Provide customer service
- Run cash register with accountability
- Complete shift reports
- Clean store areas
- Stock shelves and coolers
- Perform yard maintenance
- Merchandise goods
- Communicate with associates and guests
