Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years food handling experience
  • supervisory experience desired
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • team-focused attitude
  • ability to handle simultaneous banquet events of varying sizes
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • commitment to cleanliness
  • ServSafe certification a plus
  • authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise all kitchen operations including managing and training staff
  • create and update menus to reflect creativity and customer preferences
  • manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relations
  • ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
  • foster a team-focused and people-first work environment
  • adapt to changes in kitchen volume and banquet events of varying sizes
  • work closely with the General Manager to align kitchen goals with company objectives
