Job Duties

  • Ensure 100% concurrence with company policies and procedures
  • Make suggestions for team member development, promotion, and disciplinary measures
  • Recommend hiring and termination decisions to the General Manager
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Observe food and beverage quality and execution
  • Perform quarterly food reviews
  • Conduct weekly inventory checks to monitor stock and ordering patterns
  • Create and receive food and beverage orders
  • Oversee and validate daily preparation production
