Job Requirements

  • Willingness to transfer locations
  • Ability to work 50 to 55 hours per week over a five day workweek
  • Two days off must fall between Monday and Thursday
  • Ability to stand and move at a moderate pace for up to four hours
  • Stamina to work 50 to 55 hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
  • Coordination to operate kitchen equipment
  • Adherence to dress and grooming policies
  • Proficiency at all kitchen stations

Job Qualifications

  • Current food management certification
  • Demonstrate an ownership mentality
  • Flexible scheduling availability
  • Able to transfer to different geographical locations
  • Proficient at all kitchen stations including expo
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Communicate concerning all kitchen issues with management throughout the course of the day
  • Read and write notes in the manager’s daily log
  • Attend weekly managers meetings and monthly staff meetings
  • Complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
  • Communicate with all managers on duty when shift is completed
  • Relate accurate and honest reports of all events both positive and negative
  • Comply with all policies, rules and directions covered in manuals, memos, and meetings
  • Enforce proper measurements, recipe adherence, cleanliness, check time ceilings, and quality control
  • Attend quarterly supervisor meetings
