Job Requirements
- Food management certification
- Flexibility for scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to transfer to different geographical locations
- Ability to work 50-55 hours per week
- Able to stand and move about for up to 4 hours at length
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
- Proficient coordination to operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to read, write, speak clearly, listen attentively, taste, and smell
- Adherence to company dress and grooming policies

- Proficient knowledge of all kitchen stations including expo

- Experience managing a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead the back-of-house team through all kitchen operations including ordering, receiving, prep, service, cleaning, and closing
- Communicate all kitchen issues with management throughout the day
- Document and read daily logs and weekly memos
- Attend weekly manager, monthly staff, and quarterly supervisor meetings
- Complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- Enforce proper measurements, recipe adherence, cleanliness, check time ceilings, and quality control
- Conduct interviews and adhere to hiring policies
