Job Requirements
- must communicate kitchen issues with management
- must attend weekly and monthly meetings
- must complete employee evaluations
- must have current food management certification
- must work 50-55 hours per week with a five-day workweek
- must be willing to transfer within 30 miles
- must be able to stand and move about for extended periods
- must lift up to 50 lbs
- must adhere to dress and grooming policies
- must be 21 or older to enroll in 401K
- must be flexible with scheduling
- must be able to read and write English
Job Qualifications
- current food management certification
- able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- proficiency in all kitchen stations including expo
- ownership mentality
- adept at ordering and formulating pars
- knowledge of Florida State health code standards
- previous kitchen leadership experience
Job Duties
- lead the back-of-house team through ordering, receiving, prep, service, cleaning, and closing
- communicate kitchen issues with management throughout the day
- attend weekly manager meetings and monthly staff meetings
- complete weekly and monthly employee evaluations
- enforce recipe adherence, cleanliness, check time ceilings, and quality control
- comply with all policies, rules, and manuals
- issue written evaluations for performance
