Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant restaurant environment
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lead teams of 5 or more employees
- Willingness to work late-night and weekend shifts
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn inventory management systems
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medium or high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environments
- 1+ years of team leadership experience including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain
- Hands-on leadership skills motivating teams of 5+ employees
- Strong ownership and adaptability in fast-paced, startup-style environments
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes
- Analytical and data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work late-night and weekend hours
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, product flow, and fulfillment best practices preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team of kitchen associates and shift leads with compassion and inclusivity
- Manage daily kitchen operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance to ensure efficiency and quality
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and operational protocols
- Analyze performance metrics to identify and solve operational issues
- Collaborate with Site Manager and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives
- Ensure recipe accuracy, food quality, and storefront availability in a multi-concept kitchen environment
- Handle onsite escalations and coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues
