Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in medium or high-volume fast-casual or full-service restaurant environments
- 1+ years experience leading teams including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to get certified
- Hands-on leadership ability to motivate and grow teams of 5+ employees
- Willingness to work scheduled late-night and weekend hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Flexibility to work across kitchen and fulfillment operations
- Ability to maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead a team of kitchen associates and shift leads by hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing team members
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations including scheduling, staffing, and performance tracking
- Oversee recipe accuracy, food quality, and order fulfillment to maintain customer satisfaction
- Analyze performance metrics to identify issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners for operational support and escalation management
- Balance responsibilities between kitchen and DashMart fulfillment operations to ensure seamless workflow
