Job Requirements
- 2+ years restaurant kitchen management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
- bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- 18 yrs old+ required
- strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- high standards for quality, cleanliness, and organization
- ability to multitask and lead under pressure
- experience with Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Sysco ordering, or similar systems

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen team members, including new hires
- assign stations and tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- coach team members and provide performance feedback
- support hiring, scheduling, and BOH staffing decisions
- create a positive, safety-focused kitchen culture
- ensure food is prepared and plated according to Luna Grill standards
- maintain strict sanitation and food safety practices
- manage inventory, stock levels, and product rotation (FIFO)
- complete daily audits, logs, and operational checklists
- oversee equipment maintenance and report repair needs
- monitor labor and food costs to support financial goals
- assist with catering, special events, and operational planning
