Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • coordinate and oversee all activities to ensure a positive guest experience
  • lead, direct, train, and motivate all back of house employees
  • facilitate a positive culture built on teamwork, respect, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion
  • ensure all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, and training programs are followed
  • ensure consistent food preparation and quality service
  • manage inventory and purchase supplies
  • prepare schedules, reports, and other required paperwork
  • investigate and resolve guest and employee complaints
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
