Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a culinary or kitchen leadership role
  • ability to complete Food Manager Protection Certification if not already certified
  • willing to train in South Tampa location prior to opening in St. Pete
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • adherence to company culture and values

Job Duties

  • Delegate and give direction to diligently complete tasks
  • work with a sense of urgency, with intent and efficient
  • maintain strong communication with FOH, BOH and management
  • organize orders, invoices and inventory
  • complete assigned shift duties
  • maintain a clean station and work area
  • meet or exceed industry standards for food preparation, serving and storage
