Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a culinary or kitchen leadership role
- ability to complete Food Manager Protection Certification if not already certified
- willing to train in South Tampa location prior to opening in St. Pete
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- adherence to company culture and values

Job Duties
- Delegate and give direction to diligently complete tasks
- work with a sense of urgency, with intent and efficient
- maintain strong communication with FOH, BOH and management
- organize orders, invoices and inventory
- complete assigned shift duties
- maintain a clean station and work area
- meet or exceed industry standards for food preparation, serving and storage
