Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of relevant culinary or kitchen management experience
- food manager protection certification
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- excellent verbal communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen responsibilities
- basic computer skills for managing orders and inventory

Job Duties
- Delegate and give direction to diligently complete tasks
- work with a sense of urgency, with intent and efficiency
- communicate strongly with front-of-house, back-of-house and management
- organize orders, invoices and inventory
- complete assigned shift duties
- maintain a clean station and work area
- meet or exceed industry standards for food preparation, serving and storing
- hold staff to high standards and accountability
- follow all recipes, policies and procedures
- make initiative to solve problems as they come
- assign cleaning duties as needed
- ensure all food preparation is completed for the next shift
- accurately complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning lists
- assist with training of all back-of-house personnel
- demonstrate passion for self-development and development of others
