Job Duties

  • Delegate and give direction to complete tasks
  • work with a sense of urgency, intent and efficiency
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house, back-of-house and management
  • organize orders, invoices and inventory
  • complete assigned shift duties
  • maintain a clean work station and area
  • meet or exceed industry standards for preparation, serving and storing of food
  • hold staff to high standards and accountability
  • follow all recipes, policies and procedures
  • solve problems proactively
  • assign cleaning duties as needed
  • ensure food preparation is completed for the next shift
  • complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists accurately
  • assist with training of back-of-house personnel
  • promote self-development and development of others
