Job Requirements

  • Ability to work 9+ hours on feet multiple days per week
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Use labor and food management systems
  • Capable of running operations without supervision
  • Cool and calm demeanor under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Sous Chef experience
  • Experience leading teams of more than 5 people
  • Skilled in scheduling and using labor templates
  • 4+ years of kitchen experience
  • Demonstrated ability to train and grow leaders
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Keen palate and strong attention to detail
  • Growth mindset and independently motivated

Job Duties

  • Hire, onboard, and oversee the prep team
  • Train and coach team members to maintain high standards
  • Manage prep and purchasing operations
  • Ensure quality control through tasting and inspection
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
  • Manage scheduling and labor budgets
  • Coach and develop future leaders
