Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • culinary certificate preferred
  • ServSafe or local food handler certification
  • experience managing production staff
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk most of the day
  • flexible to work occasional evenings, weekends, or travel
  • exposure to hot and cold environments and moderate to loud noise
  • bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • culinary certificate preferred
  • strong knowledge of food production equipment and kitchen operations
  • ServSafe or local food handler certification
  • experience managing and training production staff
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • experience with ERP systems like X3 is a plus
  • bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily production operations including run rates, labor, quality control, and food safety
  • lead hands-on equipment management for optimal performance
  • develop and optimize production schedules and batch cycles
  • track and report work order accuracy, labor efficiency, product counts, and cost benchmarks
  • mentor, motivate, and grow kitchen staff
  • collaborate with culinary innovation team to scale new recipes
  • uphold safety and quality standards including SQF and occupational safety
  • drive results aligned with operational KPIs
