Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- 2+ years of back-of-house experience
- Knowledge of inventory and budgeting
- Ability to manage a team of at least 15 staff members preferred
- Chef experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensures the greatest degree of hospitality to the guests
- Ensures consistent execution of all back-of-house systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through
- Applies knowledge and practical application of all kitchen areas including expo, smokehouse, prep and line quality identifiers and standards
- Manages dining room systems and operations such as ToGo, host, bar, and service standards
- Oversees inventory control and budgeting processes
- Coaches and supports staff to maintain high performance and teamwork
- Maintains health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
