Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years full-service restaurant management experience required
  • Minimum 2 years BOH experience required
  • Knowledge of inventory and budgeting required
  • Experience managing a team of at least 15 staff members preferred
  • Chef experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • 2+ years of BOH experience
  • Knowledge of inventory and budgeting
  • Experience managing 15 or more staff members preferred
  • Chef experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Ensures the greatest degree of hospitality to the guests
  • Ensures consistent execution of all BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through
  • Knowledge and practical application of all kitchen (expo, smokehouse, prep and line quality identifiers and standards) and dining room systems and operations (ToGo, host, bar, and service standards)
  • Oversees food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Manages kitchen staff including scheduling, performance, and training
  • Maintains inventory control and assists with budgeting and cost management
  • Implements and enforces health and safety regulations
