Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years full-service restaurant management experience required
- Minimum 2 years BOH experience required
- Knowledge of inventory and budgeting required
- Experience managing a team of at least 15 staff members preferred
- Chef experience preferred
- Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills required
Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- 2+ years of BOH experience
- Knowledge of inventory and budgeting
- Experience managing 15 or more staff members preferred
- Chef experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensures the greatest degree of hospitality to the guests
- Ensures consistent execution of all BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through
- Knowledge and practical application of all kitchen (expo, smokehouse, prep and line quality identifiers and standards) and dining room systems and operations (ToGo, host, bar, and service standards)
- Oversees food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and safety standards
- Manages kitchen staff including scheduling, performance, and training
- Maintains inventory control and assists with budgeting and cost management
- Implements and enforces health and safety regulations
