Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managerial back-of-house role
- ServSafe and Food Handler certification preferred or must be obtained immediately
- Strong financial and computer skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No degree required

Job Duties
- Manage and lead the kitchen associates in all aspects of service including the opening, prep, and closing duties
- Work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure guests receive the highest quality of service
- Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries in line with company protocol
- Maintain communication with restaurant staff to ensure stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed in back-of-house areas according to cleaning schedules
- Monitor kitchen operational costs and follow budget guidelines
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is fully operational
- Follow waste control guidelines to minimize spoilage
- Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service
- Perform other duties as assigned
