Job Requirements
- must have open availability including evenings and weekends
- minimum of 2 years experience working in a high-volume restaurant with leadership experience
- passion for excellence and superior service standards
- positive attitude and team player mindset
- ability to work under pressure
- love of exceptional food and drink
- must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
- must be available weekends including Sundays
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- proven leadership skills in a kitchen environment
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work well under pressure
- excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- lead kitchen staff and supervise food preparation
- train new and existing staff on kitchen protocols and food safety
- manage inventory and order kitchen supplies
- ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
