Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to pass an airport background check
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant experience
- At least 6 months in a leadership role
- Familiarity with Paycom a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Support and train kitchen team members
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost controls
- Conduct kitchen line checks and quality assurance
- Assist with scheduling using Restaurant365
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
