Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to pass an airport background check
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant experience
- at least 6 months in a leadership role
- familiarity with Paycom a plus
- strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food safety standards
- support and train kitchen team members
- manage food ordering, inventory, and cost controls
- conduct kitchen line checks and quality assurance
- assist with scheduling using Restaurant365
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
