Job Requirements
- two years minimum kitchen management experience with solid references
- high skill level at all kitchen stations and prep
- positive and encouraging attitude
- good people skills and ability to lead and teach a team
- ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

- availability to work from 9 am until kitchen closes Tuesday through Saturday

Job Duties
- Oversee entire kitchen operations including ordering and prepping
- create daily specials
- supervise and lead kitchen staff
- run the dinner line ensuring quality and consistency
- maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- coordinate with the owner to improve kitchen operations
- train and mentor kitchen team members
