Job Duties

Oversee all kitchen operations including food production inventory management and staff scheduling
Drive profitability by controlling food costs managing labor expenses and maximizing efficiency
Develop and mentor a high-performing kitchen team through training coaching and performance management
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals
