  • Proven experience in hospitality or similar role preferably in high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques food safety regulations and kitchen operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding of financial management principles budgeting cost control and inventory management

  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to relocate when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or similar high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques food safety regulations and kitchen operations

  • Solid understanding of financial management budgeting cost control and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals providing guidance training and support
  • Collaborate with management team ensuring all products meet high standards of taste and presentation
  • Monitor inventory levels order supplies and manage food costs to maintain budgetary targets while minimizing waste
  • Implement and enforce health and safety standards ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment encouraging open communication and teamwork
  • Manage staffing schedules and address performance issues promptly
