Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant management experience preferably in restaurant or kitchen settings
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • capability to lead and motivate a team
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • proficiency in safety and security systems and procedures
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • effective communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • ensure compliance with health codes, food safety and sanitation standards
  • manage labor and operational costs in line with budgets
  • deliver exceptional guest experience through quality food and service consistency
  • train and develop kitchen staff to enhance productivity and team skills
  • monitor safety and security procedures within the kitchen area
