Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant management experience preferably in restaurant or kitchen settings
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- capability to lead and motivate a team
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- understanding of responsible alcohol service
- proficiency in safety and security systems and procedures
- strong leadership and team development skills
- effective communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
- provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- ensure compliance with health codes, food safety and sanitation standards
- manage labor and operational costs in line with budgets
- deliver exceptional guest experience through quality food and service consistency
- train and develop kitchen staff to enhance productivity and team skills
- monitor safety and security procedures within the kitchen area
