Job Requirements
- Must consent to a background check
- must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
- must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire
- must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire
- must have a valid driver's license and insurance
- an average work week will be 50 plus hours
- able to stand for extended periods of time
- lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds
- work with hot and cold food items
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
- college degree is preferred but not required
- high school degree with leadership experience is sufficient
- extremely friendly, polite and a people person with attention to detail
- great communication skills
- ability to coach and develop a diverse staff
- ability to handle coaching events professionally in stressful environments
Job Duties
- Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant
- engaging with staff and supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
- assisting with guest complaints from dining room or carry out areas
- communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other issues
- monitoring maintenance of building and equipment and contacting maintenance team when repairs are required
- among other duties
