Job Requirements

  • Must consent to a background check
  • must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
  • must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire
  • must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire
  • must have a valid driver's license and insurance
  • an average work week will be 50 plus hours
  • able to stand for extended periods of time
  • lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds
  • work with hot and cold food items

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • college degree is preferred but not required
  • high school degree with leadership experience is sufficient
  • extremely friendly, polite and a people person with attention to detail
  • great communication skills
  • ability to coach and develop a diverse staff
  • ability to handle coaching events professionally in stressful environments

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant
  • engaging with staff and supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
  • assisting with guest complaints from dining room or carry out areas
  • communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other issues
  • monitoring maintenance of building and equipment and contacting maintenance team when repairs are required
  • among other duties
