Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Able to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Comply with Ban the Box and Fair Chance Hiring guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Current alcohol and food safety certifications meeting state requirements

Job Duties

  • Direct kitchen staff and manage back-of-house functions
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
  • Implement purchasing and cost control measures
  • Follow up with corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare made-from-scratch food according to specifications
  • Perform administrative and accounting duties per company policy
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
