Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen or foodservice management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Capability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Willingness to enforce company policies and take corrective actions as needed

Job Duties
- Supervise the kitchen team members daily including training development and performance management
- Make production and personnel decisions to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of pride and accountability
- Manage shift-level kitchen operations ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols
- Lead hiring onboarding ongoing training performance reviews and corrective actions for kitchen staff
- Ensure delivery of premium products by implementing quality controls and matching customer orders
- Communicate and enforce food quality and preparation standards using the Operations Manual
- Maintain food safety certifications and manage kitchen cleanliness organization and security
