Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in kitchen or foodservice management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Capability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Willingness to enforce company policies and take corrective actions as needed

Job Duties

  • Supervise the kitchen team members daily including training development and performance management
  • Make production and personnel decisions to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of pride and accountability
  • Manage shift-level kitchen operations ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols
  • Lead hiring onboarding ongoing training performance reviews and corrective actions for kitchen staff
  • Ensure delivery of premium products by implementing quality controls and matching customer orders
  • Communicate and enforce food quality and preparation standards using the Operations Manual
  • Maintain food safety certifications and manage kitchen cleanliness organization and security
