Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Supervise kitchen team members including training, development, and performance management
- Make sound production and personnel decisions to achieve operational excellence
- Manage shift-level kitchen operations ensuring compliance with company standards and protocols
- Hire, onboard, and conduct performance reviews for kitchen staff including corrective actions
- Ensure delivery of premium products by enforcing food quality and preparation standards
- Maintain current food safety certifications and manage a clean, organized, and secure kitchen
- Oversee work activities of kitchen and in-store team members during scheduled shifts
- Assume responsibility for all restaurant functions in the absence of the General Manager
- Recruit motivated team members and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Document performance deficiencies and execute disciplinary measures
- Provide coaching and development to kitchen staff fostering teamwork and enthusiasm
- Support achievement of sales targets through timely food preparation
- Implement strategies to enhance back-of-house profitability
- Execute inventory controls and manage food cost responsibilities
