Job Requirements

  • Must consent to a background check
  • Must be able to obtain Servsafe Manager Certificate or equivalent within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to obtain Basset Certification within 30 days of hire
  • Must be able to obtain Allergen Certificate within 30 days of hire
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to work with hot and cold food items
  • Must be available to work 50+ hours per week
  • Weekend availability is required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • High school degree sufficient with leadership experience
  • Extremely friendly, polite and a people person with attention to detail
  • Great communication skills to help staff understand daily expectations
  • Ability to coach and develop a diverse staff and handle coaching in stressful environments professionally

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the profitability, sanitation, and execution of the restaurant
  • Engaging with the staff as well as the supervisors to ensure high kitchen execution and guest satisfaction
  • Assisting with any guest complaints from the dining room or carry out areas
  • Communicating with the general manager about sales, traffic, staffing goals and other various issues
  • Monitoring the maintenance of the building and equipment and contacting the maintenance team when repairs are required
  • Among other duties
