Job Duties
- lead the kitchen team effectively to ensure smooth operations
- maintain high food quality and safety standards
- ensure compliance with state alcohol certification and ServSafe requirements
- manage kitchen operations during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
- motivate and hold team to high-performance standards
- communicate clearly with staff, guests, vendors, and partners
- oversee multitasking and delegation within the kitchen environment
