Job Duties

  • lead the kitchen team effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • maintain high food quality and safety standards
  • ensure compliance with state alcohol certification and ServSafe requirements
  • manage kitchen operations during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
  • motivate and hold team to high-performance standards
  • communicate clearly with staff, guests, vendors, and partners
  • oversee multitasking and delegation within the kitchen environment
